Key Responsibilities
• Support store manager in achieving overall store sales and service goals
• Welcome customers and deliver top-tier service at every interaction
• Accurately execute sales transactions — invoicing, payment processing, returns, and order entry
• Stay current on product specs to clearly explain features, applications, and benefits to customers.
• Help manage inventory levels: restock shelves, track quantities on hand, and flag low-stock items
• Assist with incoming freight, keep inventory organized, and help maintain a clean retail floor
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty
• Address customer complaints and resolve problems with professionalism and efficiency
• Pitch in on general store operations — phone coverage, order prep, and administrative support as needed
